MISSION
As a Marketing Coordinator & Sales Support, you will report to the Sales Director for North & Eastern Europe, Russia, and Scandinavia, ensuring seamless coordination of regional marketing activities and sales support functions. You will play a key role in aligning marketing initiatives with business goals, supporting CRM implementation, and managing Swiss Dental Academy (SDA) programs across the region.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Sales Support
- Coordinate regional marketing activities and support the development & implementation of EMS marketing materials.
- Follow up on marketing projects across assigned regions.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and EMS HQ for marketing, regulatory, and sales support.
CRM & Data Management
- Serve as the CRM Champion & Coordinator for assigned areas.
- Provide training and support to ensure CRM adoption and best practices.
Event & Training Coordination
- Organize and manage Swiss Dental Academy (SDA) courses, including program support & reporting.
- Schedule, prepare, and execute HQ visits, trainings, and other team activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Support Regulatory & other EMS HQ teams in related tasks.
- Ensure marketing activities align with EMS's compliance and regulatory guidelines.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Sales support experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Fluent in English; Russian and Ukrainian are a plus.
