Your role

In this role you will partner with our Executive Search Consultants in the delivery of recruitment mandates for our clients with the aim of delivering an outstanding service. You will be a key member of our Research team, experts in sourcing.

We are looking for an Executive Search Recruiter based in Lausanne or Geneva, who will:

• Collaborate with our Executive Search Consultants in the delivery of recruitment mandates for our clients indiverse sectors such as Services, Manufacturing, Health, Financial services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Technology and beyond.
• Participate in client meetings and act as point of contact to clients.
• Perform active search of top talents through various channels and conducting interviews alongside consultants.
• Guarantee a positive candidate experience, from the first contact until the integration with our client.
• Maintain and update our Candidate Database (ATS) consistently.
• Ensure administrative support and writing of documents in French and English.
• Participate and lead various projects such as the implementation of new tools and initiatives.

Your profile

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or any related field.
• Previous recruitment and research experience either in an agency or in-house is a plus or appetite to learn and grow in this field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• You are endowed with a customer-oriented mindset and passionate about delivering top notch service.
• Flexible and adaptable, you are at ease with ambiguity and strive in a fast-paced environment.
• Client oriented, you have a business oriented-mindset and demonstrate an interest in the Swiss economy.
• Self-driven and proactive, you enjoy collaborating with others and sharing ideas.
• French mother tongue, you have an advanced level of English. German is an advantage.
