Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Processing and booking of Limited Partnerships
- Calculation and instruction of capital calls and distribution breakdowns
- Calculating NAV prices and instructing NAV pricing
- Reconciliation of Limited Partnership positions; ensuring that original commitments, unfunded positions and current valuations are accurately reflected in internal client statements
- Direct contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper handling of investments
- Providing Client Advisors and Clients with product information
YOUR PROFILE
- Fast learner with a solution and service oriented working style
- Strong interpersonal skills in providing client service
- Motivated, reliable, flexible and willing to take on responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive matters
- Client- and team-oriented
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks requiring strong attention to detail
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar, preferably in the banking industry
- Experience in bookkeeping (basic)
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and German is a plus (any other language is an additional asset)
