Head of Human Resources Switzerland (m/w)
Your responsibilities
- Operational HR Management: ensuring an efficient, lean and service-oriented operating model
- That includes:
- Recruitment, HR Marketing: definition of measures to attract the right employees
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensuring up-to-date C&B models and systems
- Learning & Development: Ensuring an environment for all employees to learn and grow
- Leadership Development: Empowering current and future leaders through support and programs
- Localize global HR strategy
- Supports VP Group HR in the fulfillment of Group HR objectives
- Continuously improve the products & services among the whole employee life cycle from hire to retire
- Drives service oriented operating model, ensures business proximity and support
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Leading and developing the local HR team
Your profile
- 10 years of experience in a senior HR position, whereas at least 5 years managerial experience. International environment preferred, industrial sector an advantage
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Digital savvy
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, business fluent)
- Broad and practice-oriented expertise in both strategic and operational HR work
- Demonstrates high business sense and the ability to translate needs into solutions
- Experienced in managing change processes and involved stakeholders effectively
- High level of resilience, ability to handle multiple priorities and also pressure while maintaining high quality work
