The Digital Analytics Strategy, Testing and CRO Manager will be responsible for driving D2C growth through data-driven experimentation and strategic optimization of our direct digital channels. You will spearhead our testing and insights strategy to maximize conversion rates, booking volumes and revenue per visitor, while building a best-in-class experimentation practice that delivers sustainable competitive advantage. This role will have a strong strategic focus on the direct channel, optimizing lead generation, and leveraging insights to drive higher customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Design and execute a comprehensive data driven strategy across all digital touchpoints, with particular focus on driving direct channel growth and reducing acquisition costs through improved conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, marketing, and web analytics to conceptualize and design A/B tests that effectively measure the impact of website and campaign changes.
• Drive strategic initiatives within the direct channel, ensuring a data-driven approach to lead generation, audience segmentation, and customer journey optimization to improve conversion and engagement.
• Develop deep customer journey insights through advanced analytics, identifying key friction points and opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive higher booking values.
• Perform advanced digital segmentation analyses to uncover high-value customer segments and personalization opportunities across the conversion funnel.
• Establish robust measurement frameworks to quantify the commercial impact of optimization initiatives, including test design, revenue forecasting, and post-implementation analysis.
• Develop comprehensive performance dashboards that combine testing results, customer behavior metrics, and commercial KPIs to guide conversion rate optimization.
• Drive innovation in personalization and optimization strategies to maximize direct channel contribution using the newly adopted tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Real-time CDP).
• Develop testing frameworks that balance quick wins with longer-term strategic initiatives.
• Degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leveraging D2C data insights to shape marketing and product strategies, particularly in booking funnel optimization.
• Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and AEP
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Adobe Target.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
