We’ve been operating in the UK since 2007 and have expanded into France, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal. We’ve developed many longstanding client relationships, as well as in-depth sector expertise.
As part of our expanding International business, we’re now looking for a skilled.
MISSION
You will support the Acquisition online-Marketing Team (4 people) in their daily activities and will help particularly to enhance the South Europe businesses (France, Belgique, Spain and Portugal).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The marketing intern will be involved in the creation, launch, tracking and reporting of our digital campaigns with a broad range of clients over the 4 countries.
His/her core missions include (but are not limited to):
- Quality control: review of marketing elements (banner & landing page)
- Testing:
o Liaise with Account Management, legal, creative, IT teams to implement online tests (A/B, multivariate).
o Support the Acquisition Team with the implementation of daily testing on range of clients.
o Update reports and verify that AB, multivariable tests have been well deployed.
- Analysis:
o Help to identify drop in client conversion rates and suggest key areas to improve KPIs.
o Communicate on trends and patterns and raise alerts when needed.
- Benchmarketing: Work with the Acquisition Team to brainstorm new creative testing strategies and innovative implementations.
- Content creation: document our day-to-day activities to streamline our projects and evangelize other teams with all acquisition initiatives/ wins.
This is a great opportunity to leverage your marketing skills as your role will be key to support us to deliver key initiatives ideas and innovative acquisition mechanisms.
PROFILE
- Marketing certification (Ongoing or achieved) as HES, Master, Bachelor, CFC…
- Fluent in English and French. Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Accuracy and a strong eye for detail combined with a good level of curiosity.
- Ability to work independently on projects as well as a being a strong team player.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Swiss nationality, permit B or C.
