We are looking for a Safety, Quality, and Security Manager to oversee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EASA standards, drive continuous improvement, and promote a strong safety culture.
This role involves leading a team of quality engineers, managing audits, and ensuring software assurance and security in a high-tech, aerospace-related environment.

Description
- Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 requirements.
- Drive the implementation of EASA regulatory standards for relevant certifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Promote a quality and safety-oriented culture through training, coaching, and internal advocacy.
- Ensure quality assurance measures are effectively applied to maintain high standards.
- Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance.
- Act as an expert consultant in software assurance and safety within the air traffic management sector.
- Manage and guide a team of quality engineers, ensuring efficient workload distribution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Profile
- Engineering degree with expertise in Integrated Management Systems.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EN9100 (preferred).
- Experience with EASA certification processes in the aerospace industry.
- Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in the fields of quality, safety, and security.
- Background in Aerospace or Air Traffic Control is essential.
- Familiarity with ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 standards.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining flexibility.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
