On behalf of one of our clients, we are seekingto recruit a:
Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contractswith all relevant internal (e.g., marketing and digital marketing, enrolment, academic, operations, IT, procurement) and external parties.

Providelegaladvice on ad hoc basis and general support on legalrelatedmatters to mitigatelegalrisks.

Ensure compliance withinternalpolicies and applicable laws.
-
Support and implementmeasuresrelated to the group data protection & anticorruption programs.
-
Serve as primary contact point for staff for initiatingcontractreviews.
-
Prepare diverse legal documentation (e.g., cancelationletters, addendum, settlement agreement, terms and conditions and othercustomerfacingmaterials etc.).

Providelegal support on internalpolicies and procedures and other documentation for all entities.

Participate to specialprojects and audits.

Providegeneral support to General Counsel.
Profile:
-
Universitydegree in business law.
-
Admission to the bar and/or equivalentadditional qualifications is a plus.
-
2-5 years working experience in position as legalcounsel and/or in a lawfirm.

Experience in data protection compliance is a plus.
-
FamiliarnotablywithSwiss, UK and French lawsprinciples and keen to understandlaws challenges in the marketsweoperate in.

Good understanding of business processes in an international and decentralizedorganization.

Excellent English and French as workinglanguages, Spanish a plus.
