We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Lead to join our team and take ownership of quality assurance and testing efforts for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.He/she uses and maintains testware (test cases, test scripts, test reports, test plans, etc) to measure and improve the quality of the software being tested. Plans, designs, manages, executes and reports on tests, using appropriate testing tools and techniques to ensure that new and amended systems, configurations, packages, or services, together with any interfaces, perform as specified. He/She Is the IT interface towards development teams and, just in case, towards business stakeholders
•Lead and manage testing efforts across CRM projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
•Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored to CRM processes and workflows.
•Design and execute test cases, test scripts, test reports, test plans, etc. defined for software being tested.
•Measure and report progress status and software quality.
•Deputise with other Test Lead when required for cross-channels activities
•Provide progress updates within the agreed reporting schedule
•Experience of a range of testing types functional, non-functional, regression, integration, UAT, etc
•Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA, Service Now etc)
•Ability to analyse business requirements, provide input in requirements gathering, develop & review test plans/ cases, execute test cases, review test results and contribute to implementation planning
•Stay updated with CRM tools, trends, and testing methodologies to continuously improve processes.
•Expertise in Integration Testing
•Expertise in Java, SQL
•Expertise in UI, Mobile Testing
•Knowledge on common testing tool (Postman, SoapUI)
•ISTQB Foundation Level is a plus
•Experience of team management
•Maintain a working knowledge of all system applications keeping a level of proficiency on system enhancements
•Possess the ability to translate needs of business users to technical staff
•4-5 years of experience on testing activities and knowledge of tools and related methodologies.
•Fluent English (spoken and written)
•Right to work in Italy
