The Job
Ensures knowledge of the various PLC, Scada programs, and other computerized systems related to Automation in order to :

Intervene rapidly in the event of breakdowns (PLC diagnostics, drives, etc.), thereby minimizing downtime.

Troubleshoot and maintain supervision systems. Support production/maintenance technicians (+ on-call role outside office hours).

Validate machines to ensure production quality.
- Monitoring of production systems and processes
- Ensure continuous process improvement
- Manage/participate in the follow-up and implementation of new projects
Your missions
- Help prepare and monitor the investment plan
- Technically approve modifications to departments' critical systems within the scope of the plan.
- Study, think and innovate to improve process efficiency
- Lead the implementation of the department's various projects: Write/participate in the writing of specifications, Participate in the preparation of the CPA, Monitor and coordinate the progress of the site, Validate the process before commissioning (IQ - OQ - (support for PQ)), Give trainings and ensure the updating of documentation.
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance and other departments with regard to automation and IT in the process.
- Participate in the on-call role of the Automation team, to ensure production support 24/7 - 7/7 (via remote access or on-site if necessary)
- Monitor the evolution of new technologies in the field of PLC, HMI, Vision, AI, supervision software and propose them in order to improve the reliability of equipment.
- Maintenance of PLC + SCADA + Vision programs
- Contacts with suppliers.
- Staff training
- Participate in and monitor OPAs – DA - TAC
- Compliance with GMP rules
- Compliance with validation and change control rules
Your profile
- You are an industrial Engineer or Bachelor in automation/industrial computing
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- You are comfortable in French and have a good level in English
- You master the Office Suite, have good knowledge of programming Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley industrial automation systems
- You have good technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity and mechanics
