Your role:
The Educational Administrative Assistant will support and reinforce the education team for the organisation, communications and invitations related to ERS educational activities, including courses, training programmes, congress and E-learning. This role will provide administrative support for the preparation, follow-up, and reporting of ERS officers and side meetings. Attendance to ERS congress will be required and possibly travel to other events may be needed.
Your tasks:
- Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for Education Council meetings.
- Organise and document weekly meetings and Education Directors’ calls.
- Coordinate the accreditation process for educational events.
- Manage the nomination and selection process for educational awards.
- Act as team back-up for peak periods and holidays/absences.
- Assist with meetings, events and projects.
- Maintain and update relevant pages on the ERS websites.
- Provide all necessary administrative support for meeting preparation and follow-up.
Your profile:
- Highly skilled in office administrative support and at ease with the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience working with content or learning management systems
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Ability to complete administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy within a strict timeline
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience working in a team
- Swiss or valid work permit
