You will lead the development of a clear, consistent, and compelling change communications strategy to support NGO reforms. you will ensure key messages resonate across different stakeholder groups, facilitating smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Description
Developing a Change Communications Strategy:
- Design a communications roadmap aligned with the reform timeline.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging for various stakeholders.
- Tailor communications materials to different audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement and Messaging Alignment:
- Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams.
- Develop talking points, briefing materials, FAQs, and presentations.
- Establish feedback loops to address stakeholder concerns.
Internal Change Management and Staff Engagement:
- Lead internal communication strategies and tools.
- Support engagement activities (town halls, Q&A sessions, workshops).
- Advise managers and team leads on championing change.
Country-Level Communications and Readiness:
- Tailor communications strategy to country contexts.
- Develop toolkits and guidance for country partners.
- Ensure consistent outreach to Ministries of Health and implementing partners.
Communications Tools and Content Development:
- Develop core communications assets (announcements, infographics, case studies, web content, training materials).
- Ensure communications are accessible and engaging.
Monitoring and Adaptation:
- Track effectiveness of change communications.
- Refine messaging based on feedback.
- Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Profile
The successful candidate will
- have at least 15-20 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or stakeholder engagement, in NGO.
- possess expertise in designing and implementing large-scale change communications strategies and have a strong ability to translate complex policy and programmatic reforms into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences
- Have a proven experience engaging with senior leadership, technical teams, and country-level stakeholders is essential.
The candidate should have excellent writing, presentation, and facilitation skills, and experience with digital and multimedia communication tools is a plus. They must demonstrate an international mindset and be adaptable to diverse cultural contexts.
English Must be >=C1 ideally C2
