Lonza Specialty Ingredients (LSI) Operations is seeking for a well-experienced IT/OT Infrastructure Manager to support operational- and information technology on-site. Building, Maintaining and developing digital capabilities to support local productivity improvement projects is one of the key roles. As well driving the digitalization on-site forward with a reliable and secure infrastructure and a good understanding of the pain points.
Responsibilities:

Taking over the ownership of computerized Systems on-site

Planning and execution of infrastructure and digitalization projects in alignment with a global strategy

Development of technical solutions for IT/OT environments

Ensures the uninterrupted IT/OT operations by collaborating with IT/OT partners in the deployment and support of technology

Responsible person for cyber security activities and remediation processes on-site

Contact point for all external IT and OT Service providers on-site

Drives active the Life Cycle Management on-site and aligns the budget with corporate initiatives

Collaborates, cooperates and communicates with local and global IT/OT colleagues, as well as the business stakeholders

Drive standardization, centralization and globalization projects

Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support for OT and IT systems and devices (on-site support) in collaboration with global support teams and outsourcing partners

Conduct root cause analysis and fix problems

Conduct audits and assessments on local sites

Develop and maintain documentation related to all assigned systems and use cases

Own local processes and documentation like like disaster recovery plans
Requirements:
-
Extensive experience in IT/OT systems, architecture and networking;
-
Experience in control systems design, implementation or maintenance;
-
Solid cyber security knowledge like access control, firewalls, authentication;

Extensive knowledge in IT administration: DNS, DHCP, AD, DB admin, MS Windows server, Linux, VMware/HyperV

Experience in end-user and clients support (office environment)

Experience in managing material and service contracts;

Knowledge in industrial communications: Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.;

Experience with OSI PI system administration and data analytics programs would be good;

Ability to think out-of-the-box and support the development of new use cases for digitalization in the context of chemical continuous and batch manufacturing

Ability to handle multiple projects (5-10) simultaneously, keeping track of costs and schedule and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Use organizational skills to prioritize and resolve project issues. Ability to evaluate solutions and recommend action based on meeting scope, schedule, and budget
