The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years working in the Trust industry and be in the process of, with have of the STEP qualification done.
For a Trust company based in Geneva.
Description
The successful candidate will help the Trust Management team of 5 persons to:
- Manage a varied portfolio of fiduciary structures (Companies and Trusts) for global clients, monitoring the structures from an administrative, financial and regulatory perspective
- Work with clients confidently, providing an exceptional service and showing an understanding of their needs with tailoring of information to suit.
- Regularly review client structures, investigate, suggest and drive enhancements where identified.
- Engage directly with third party advisers eg lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants to provide excellent administration services. Review legal and tax advice where appropriate and interpret relevant advice as required.
- Work with Compliance team to ensure awareness and adherence to Regulatory and AML obligations and Company policies and procedures, developing best practice across the business.
- Management of cash collection across the portfolio
- Document management and file maintenance, drafting of resolutions, minutes, meeting notes and corporate documents
Profile
- Experience in the Trust industry for a minimum of 2 years
- Worked for a SATC member
- Willing to continue its STEP certification, and has half of it already
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus
- 100% only
