Responsibilities

• Coordination, organization, and monitoring of temperature-controlled air and ground transports for national and international shipments
• Planning and coordination of shipping activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Acting as a contact point for export and import-related inquiries
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, such as export/import licenses, Global Trade Compliance, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
• Preparation of shipping documents, including proforma invoices, packing lists, and dangerous goods declarations
• Supporting the import team by taking on import tasks (cross-training)

Requirements

• Up to two years of experience in export and/or import activities
• Knowledge of project management
• Flexible and team-oriented work style
• Precise and quality-conscious approach to tasks
• Structured and proactive working method
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
