We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva for a junior IT support technician. This is a 6 months renewable contract with possibility of a permanent role.
Your role:
- manage level 1 and 2 IT support requests
- troubleshoot incidents
- use the ticketing tool to manage the incidents
- prepare software and hardware for new employees
- prepare visio conference rooms for meetings
- deal with VIP support
Your skills:
- at least 1 year experience in IT support ideally in an international environment
- good knowledge of Microsoft environments
- experience with M365 and O365 tools
Your profile:
- academic background in IT
- excellent soft skills
- good level of english and french
- ideally you are based in Geneva canton or close
