The Admissions department at EHL is responsible for managing the entire admissions process for all academic programs. It supports prospective students from initial contact through to final enrollment, carefully evaluating applications with both rigor and a personalized approach. The department plays a key role in selecting candidates who align with EHL’s values, academic excellence, and professional potential. Its mission is to build diverse, international, and high-potential student cohorts .

The mission of the Admissions & Enrollment Manager at EHL Hospitality Business School is to ensure a seamless, transparent, and compliant admissions process for both undergraduate and graduate programs. This role supports institutional quality and performance goals while fostering student success and retention. By collaborating with key stakeholders such as recruitment teams, academic offices, IT, and accreditation bodies, the manager drives process improvements and ensures data accuracy. They also guide candidates and parents through the application journey, including admissions decisions and financial aid. Leading the Admissions & Enrollment team, they oversee daily operations and student engagement to uphold EHL’s standards of excellence.
What will you do?
- Manage admissions and enrollment processes for EHL HBS degree programs, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and student success.
- Propose and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with diverse teams including recruitment, academic office, IT, and academic management.
- Engage with students and parents to discuss eligibility, resolve complex issues, and ensure a positive onboarding experience to promote retention.
- Conduct interviews, make admissions decisions, analyze selection criteria, and participate in tuition waiver assessments. Lead the Admissions Commission to review admissions decisions.
- Lead and engage the HBS Admissions and Enrollment team, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance, and effective ways of working.
- Work closely with Recruitment Teams to support forecasting, planning, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate scholarships, Tuition Waiver and financial aid processes with responsible teams.
- Ensure effective admissions data management for compliance, institutional & accreditation reporting, and audits.
- Collaborate with academic offices and institutional partners, including HES-So, on diploma eligibility, accreditation processes, and documentation.
Who you are?
- You have bachelor in management or related.
- You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- You have an excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You have a client-centric and solution oriented mindset.
- You have the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- You have experience with hubsport, Isa.
- You are familiar with accreditation processes and legal documentation.
- You are proficient in managing complex issues and improving processes.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
