On behalf of one of our clients, a high-end service company, we are seeking to recruit two:
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in person and by phone, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist visitors by providing refreshments and directing them as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and meeting rooms
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks including preparing documents, sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Arrange travel accommodations, book venues, and coordinate events when required
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory
Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in both English and French (Italian is an asset)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
