Tâches
- Placement d'ordres de Hedge Fund auprès des agents de transfert.
- Surveillance et enregistrement des exécutions.
- Coordination de la diligence raisonnable des nouveaux investissements.
Compétences
- Expérience en opérations bancaires, de préférence dans les fonds.
- Attitude indépendante, efficace et fiable requise.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, l'allemand est un plus.

Placement of Hedge Fund orders with transfer agents or custodians

Monitoring and booking of executions

Booking of equalizations, depreciations, performance shares, side pockets

Coordination of due diligence of new investments

Handling of regulatory requests, investor restrictions

Coordination and collaboration with our front offices
YOUR PROFILE
-
Experience in Banking Operations, preferably in the area of Funds
-
Banking apprenticeship or similar education
-
Independent, efficient and reliant attitude
-
Readiness of mind and high sense of responsibility
-
Able to work under pressure, agile personality and team player
-
Fluent in spoken and written English, German is beneficial
