As a Buyer, you will be at the heart of our Procurement & Supplier Management team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and building strong supplier relationships. Your expertise will help us optimize costs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tender processes with a strategic approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define specifications and select the best suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to maximize value.
- Oversee contract management and ensure supplier performance.
- Analyze market trends and conduct supplier sourcing to stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor and challenge purchase requests to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT procurement and banking environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with DORA and FINMA 2023-1 circulars is advantageous.
