To expand our team in the Customer Service Desk we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST POLYMER
A versatile and challenging position as a polymer specialist in technical and commercial customer service awaits you. Within our globally active Swiss SME , we work in a multicultural environment and offer an familial atmosphere in a small team with attractive employment conditions.
What you can expect:
_ Processing customer inquiries globally, either directly or in collaboration with other internal departments such as application, microbiology, product management, regulatory affairs, and analytics
_ Actively supporting the international sales team of the business units polymer additives and preservation
_ Coordination of the testing of customer samples in our laboratories, assesment and communication of the test results towards our customers and the sales team
_ Close collaboration with the Polymer Additives and Preservation teams, regular participation in go-to-market meetings
_ Administrative support and ensuring correct documentation in our systems
What distinguishes you:
_ Degree in polymers (e.g. polymer technologist, polymer engineer) with practical experience in the polymers industry and possibly in the preservation industry
_ Enthusiasm for working with various IT tools: Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, LIMS, customer portal, etc.
_ Team player mentality, strong communication skills, resilience, flexibility, reliability
_ Excellent English and German
