Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Production Core Team with organisational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflows across various areas of production. We are looking for a team player who thinks holistically and actively contributes to the team's success. You should be a quick learner with the ability to work flexibly and with precision-qualities that are essential for thriving in our fast-paced environment. If you are highly organised, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the production Core Team
- Handle orders and assignments, including offering, processing, and invoicing
- Provide administrative support across multiple areas, such as meeting organisation and travel arrangements or maintain various data sets (e.g accommodation, accreditation lists)
- Assist wherever urgent support is needed and act as point of contact for team inquiries, ensure prompt, effective responses
Your profile
- Extensive experience with Excel and Office 365 (including SharePoint) and approx. 10 years of professional experience in organisational and administrative tasks
- Proactive, driven, and able to think ahead
- Pragmatic and efficient, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Strong ability to think critically, connect the dots, and recognise important correlations
- Delivers tasks reliably, thoroughly, and with a results-oriented approach
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
