The Digital PM Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing against the roadmap to build new digital credit card account servicing journeys, and working with data to continually optimize the customer experience

Develop relationships with the engineering organization to turn pain points into prioritized requirements and using usability studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for the platform

Innovate and seek out new solutions

Contribute to the platform product portfolio and roadmap

Responsible for working collaboratively with the engineering organization to monitor feature development by maintaining bug catalogs at the feature level, to review product demos against acceptance criteria and to monitor platform performance

Responsible for identifying and researching anomalous performance, operational risk, and reported defects

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience

Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management process

Experience in using JIRA extensively

Sharp; think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and always one step ahead

We are seeking a talented, imaginative and energetic professional who is passionate about providing credit card customers with best-in-class digital experiences and features that enhance and simplify the process of managing their credit card accounts online. The Digital Product Management (PM) Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of digital developments within and beyond the financial services industry. Substantively contributes to our digital credit card acquisitions and servicing strategy. Is highly competent in the areas of digital customer experience definition, development and delivery, and is a recognized business leader in these areas. Requires basic credit card industry commercial awareness, and increases knowledge depth through execution of digital initiatives. Developed communication and negotiation skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others; in particular colleagues in other segments of the business and occasionally external customers and service providers. Responsible for development of complex digital feature and customer experience deliverables. Work impacts an entire functional area that is centered around providing customers with digital credit card account servicing, and directly contributes to the achievement of our digital servicing goals.

· Experience leading digital initiatives with demonstrated success in driving improved digital customer servicing experiences that reduce servicing expenses.
· Extensive experience working with developers, architecture engineers, and internal stakeholders to understand what is technically possible, and how to translate options into the delivery of market leading customer experiences.
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
