As a member of our M&A tax team you will provide first-class Swiss and international M&A transaction services, including tax due diligence, tax structuring and SPA review services and you will act as a trusted advisor to financial and strategic investors.

How you can make an impact?

• Take responsibility and manage local as well as international tax due diligence and tax structuring projects and act as an advisor for our clients from various sectors on complex tax issues
• Provide tax advice on M&A transactions, IPOs and private equity transactions withing cross-divisional as well as international teams
• Be responsible for your own career and explore our exciting career opportunities as well as a broad internal management training programme.
• Lead and inspire juniors, helping them grow and succeed in their career. Your leadership will drive success and innovation!

Who we are looking for 

• Educational excellence: you hold a Bachelor or Master in relevant field and have completed the Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte) or LLM in International Taxation
• Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in providing tax consulting services to international clients 
• Leadership and development: you are keen to learn and develop yourself and a team of juniors, like to challenge the status quo, are interested in the broader context of what you do and work independently, efficiently and solution oriented
• Networking skills: you have a good network in the Swiss market and are able to build customer relationships.
• Language proficiency: You communicate fluently in German and English. Additional languages are a plus
