For our SAP Development division, we are looking for an experienced:
Manager SAP Development
The Job
- Lead and manage SAP Development Team Members: that includes recruitment, mentoring, training, performance appraisal, objective agreements, as well as on-call service, absences and holidays planning.
- Coordinate all internal and external resources related to the team.
- Be responsible for the coordination of tickets and technical tasks, team projects and incidents management (costs, deadlines, specifications, quotations).
- Ensure SAP development governance application and its evolution.
- Manage the communication and coordination with internal customers.
- Work with quality assurance to define standards and procedures.
Your Profile
- Deep knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
- In depth understanding of SAP ABAP Language, SAP R/3 and S4 programming capabilities and development best practices.
- Coordination with architects' colleagues to decide about most suitable frameworks and technologies.
- Solid experience with ABAP OO, Interfaces, all kind of Forms technologies, Webservices, Fiori and SAPUI5.
- Understanding complex business processes and can communicate within international organizations.
Professional Requirements
- University or Master degree level, or equivalent graduate in Information Technology or Information Management.
- At least 5 to 8 years of working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4.
- Strong work experience in Team management (5 people and more).
- Communication and change management skills.
- Service and customer oriented, team worker, and open-minded.
