Join us as a Project Manager to shape and contribute towards the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.
Your Role

Manage the PMO of a ZEISS-wide, board-sponsored strategic program to further transform ZEISS into a leading digital ecosystem player

Oversee the portfolio of digital transformation initiatives and drive companywide execution

Ensure effective program delivery by proactively managing all relevant project controlling activities (e.g. status and financial reporting)

Drive alignment within the program and manage dependencies to other strategic programs and initiatives

Plan and execute key meetings and manage diverse and senior stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group

Plan, prepare and execute program/project communications in close alignment with change management activities
Your Profile

Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business

3-4 years of experience, preferably in management consulting or in digital transformation project management in B2B industry or IT consulting

Track record of managing large, complex projects or programs as a PMO in an agile methodology setup

Extensive experience in working with different project management tools & techniques (Project plans and organizations, roadmap, risk mitigation, status reporting, financial reporting)

Ability to make effective decision-proposals and to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders

Strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds

Highly structured, pragmatic, and result-oriented approach – experienced in dealing with complex and changing requirements

Fluent German and English language skills
