Objectives
• Ensure that the kitchen material and equipment is always clean, and that sufficient clean equipment/ material is available during the service.
• Assist the kitchen and service team during school events
Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks:
• Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities.
• Assist the kitchen chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods.
• Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material.
• Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining the staff changing room.
• Carry out a deep cleaning of the pastry.
Control:
• Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report any damage noticed to the kitchen chef.
• Whenever performing in the kitchen follow the HACCP and hygiene requirements.
• Control and empty the kitchen waste containers during and after the meal service.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years work experience
- Fluent in French and Good Knowledge in English is a plus
- Patient, organized, and flexible
