The Position

As an Intern in Medical Affairs Operations, you have the opportunity to explore the role and impact of Medical Affairs in the execution of global launch preparation and clinical adoption activities for our diagnostic solutions. This includes the support of Medical Affairs Operations Leads in various activities contributing to the success of Medical Affairs Operations.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Affairs operations:
-
Prepares, manages and tracks contracts and HCP or patient interactions, tracks payments and invoices
-
Supports Medical Affairs Operations Leads in developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of Medical Affairs activity. Monitors Medical Affairs activities from initiation through delivery including monitoring project budget/spending.

Supports Medical Affairs Operations Leads in the planning, communication and preparation of key internal or external events (e.g. Congresses, Scientific Symposia, Advisory Boards, Global CDMA or Medical Affairs Meetings).

Supports in preparing, managing and tracking MA-specific OKR and KPIs reporting and operational dashboards
Stakeholder interaction and communication:
-
Ensures compliance with HCP engagement, and with other guidelines from Roche quality and compliance groups; oversees documentation with required guidelines

Supports the communication and dissemination of medical education materials, both internally and externally
-
Supports the content preparation for gSites, external web pages, dashboards, newsletters and posts and adopts new internal or external communication channels

Responsible for acting in line with legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of practice (such as Roche Code of Conduct and any other Roche directives and guidelines)

Who You Are
You have are enrolled in Master’s studies or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Life Sciences or Health Sciences, or Project Management in Health Sciences/Health Care after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Able to take on responsibility for Medical Affairs activities of a less complex nature

Expertise in the Healthcare Industry or a related field is and advantage
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
Part-time employment is not possible.
It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
