As a Project Finance Lawyer, you will play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex financial transactions at both asset and corporate levels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize financing solutions.

Description
- Structure and provide legal advice on financing transactions, including project finance, corporate finance, and asset finance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements with commercial banks, institutional investors, and multilateral institutions.
- Support M&A transactions, greenfield and expansion projects, and concession negotiations.
- Advise on hedging strategies, regulatory compliance, and risk management in financial transactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.
Profile
- Qualified Lawyer with 7-15 years of experience in finance-related legal positions. Previous experience in Private Practice, mandatory.
- Strong expertise in project finance, asset finance, and corporate financing structures.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Adaptable and comfortable working on global transactions across different jurisdictions.
