The opportunity
In this internship role, you will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) External Regulatory Compliance Managers by providing key deliverables in the regulatory compliance domain. You will report directly to the Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement, based in Zurich, Switzerland but will support the SCM External Regulatory Compliance Managers on a remote basis.

Researching best practices for compliance

Organizing training sessions and preparing/creating ppt decks

Conducting research on regulations and preparing summary report

Summarizing enforcement actions and trends as seen externally in industrial companies

Organizing training sessions and helping Regulatory Compliance Project Managers in developing mitigation plans

Identifying and analyzing ESG compliance risks, preparing content for future Gen AI Tools

Utilizing skills in data analysis and tool development (if you are specializing in any programming language)

Compiling resources and developing RC newsletter/though bytes

Collecting feedback for users in SCM, improvement ideas to develop the existing structure
Your background

University degree
-
Interest in relevant area of ESG and sustainability

Experience with Microsoft tools

Business fluency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing); knowledge of other languages is an asset
