About the Role
We are looking for a
Product Line Manager to oversee the development and operational management of innovative electronics and electrical solutions. The selected candidate will lead research and development (R&D) efforts, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the continuous improvement of the product portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, including sales, marketing, production, and quality assurance, to drive market growth and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage R&D teams across multiple locations to achieve product development goals in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
- Oversee the technical evolution of product lines, focusing on performance enhancement and market alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize product design for cost-efficiency and manufacturing feasibility.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and quality control, to support business objectives.
- Manage and allocate project resources, set priorities, and ensure teams receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices for efficiency and innovation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Represent the company in external collaborations with industry partners, certification bodies, and regulatory institutions.
Your Profile
- Education: Master's degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in product line management within an industrial B2B environment, with a proven track record of leading R&D teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in high-voltage electrical systems, power transmission, or related industries..
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with 3D design tools and MS Office suite.

- Personal Attributes:
- Strong leadership with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
