Executive assistant 100%
Your Mission
As an Executive assistant with our Sports Law Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client and Correspondence Management: Sending communications to clients and authorities professionally and efficiently.
- Case File Preparation: Organize and prepare case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Calendar and Appointment Coordination: Maintain the attorney’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure all meetings are well-organized.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans for the attorney, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative and organizational tasks to support the attorney’s workflow.
- Financial Management: Management of invoices, expenses and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Timekeeping: Accurately account for and record attorney’s billable time.
- File Maintenance: Keep organized files, including copies of all documents and correspondence, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Your profile
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who meets the following criteria:
- Relevant Training and Experience: You have appropriate training and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Organizational Skills: You are well-organized, precise, rigorous, and conscientious in your work.
- Language Proficiency: You have an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French. Priority will be given to native English speakers with excellent command of French.
- Personality: You are a dynamic, positive and service-oriented team player.
