The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law ( ES-HSG ) is the contact point for executive education at the University of St.Gallen. It offers a broad portfolio of programmes with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as open and company-specific continuing education courses. Your tasks
- Co-lead the Executive School's board-level activities, ensuring successful growth and sustainable performance
- Expand and develop relationships to board members and corporate partners
- Provide access to new board networks
- Development of the team Lead the financial performance, operational excellence and overall quality of the programs
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
Your profile
- Master's Degree in strategy, business or management, law, economics, social sciences, international relations, or similar fields; a PhD is an advantage
- Substantial leadership roles in practice (e.g. corporate career at executive level, partner in leading professional services firm, or similar)
- Proven experience in executive education at a leading business school, particularly with C-level and board audiences
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and board dynamics, as demonstrated through extensive board experience in various contexts (large, listed, private, state-owned, family-controlled companies etc.)
- Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure; collaborative and flexible attitude
- Fluent in English and German
