An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Ground Handling Intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support ground handling operations, including pre and post hotel reservations, terminal operations, and luggage handling. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
• Updating databases related to ship operations and tour operators;
• Data entry to create Destination Experiences (excursions) library and port library;
• Data entry and management of products & services in various systems (e.g. Crunchtime);
• Assist with Insurance policies gatherings;
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently
• Structured and well organized with an attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Work proactively with team members, share ideas and information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time/management skills and ability to prioritize work tasks
• Fluent in English, knowledge of any other European language a plus
• MS Office
