Zur Verstärkung unseres Forschungsbereichs suchen wir ab 01.04.25 oder nach Vereinbarung für eine befristete Stelle auf 3 Jahre eine:n wissenschaftliche:r Mitarbeiter:in. Sie arbeiten im NRP83-Projekt GiveCARE zu gender- und diversitätssensitiver Versorgung am Lebensende im qualitativen Forschungsteil mit (ca. 50%).

Die private Careum Hochschule Gesundheit (CHG) wurde 2006 gegründet und ist Teil der akkreditierten Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, die neben Gesundheit auch die Bereiche Recht, Musik und Wirtschaft anbietet. Mit ihren Studiengängen, den Weiterbildungsangeboten sowie der angewandten Forschung und Entwicklung erfüllt sie den gesetzlichen Auftrag einer Fachhochschule.

Das Team der CHG besteht aus festangestellten Mitarbeitenden und über 200 Lehrbeauftragten. Die Stärke der CHG ist eine exzellente Hochschulbildung für Berufstätige mit starkem Praxisbezug und eine interdisziplinär ausgerichtete Forschung. Eine starke Verknüpfung zwischen Lehre und Forschung ist uns wichtig. Die Forschungsabteilung der CHG untersucht aktuelle Fragen der Pflege- und Versorgungsforschung im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen. Zentrale Themen sind das selbstbestimmte Leben mit chronischer Krankheit, die Förderung der Gesundheitskompetenz und des Selbstmanagements in der Gesellschaft sowie personenzentrierte Versorgungsansätze. Unser Forschungsteam arbeitet interprofessionell und multidisziplinär.
