Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to embark on the F&B Journey. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
• Support the F&B operation with all administrative tasks.
• Support the coordination of menus, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Collect and analyze data from ships (e.g., sales, consumption trends, costs and revenues) to generate insights for improvement.
• Work closely with the corporate chefs and culinary team to support on day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with the development of reports and presentations on F&B performance for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction surveys and compile data to help improve the culinary and dining experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams(marketing, revenue management, sales) to ensure smooth F&B integration into guest events and experiences.
• Must have internship convention/agreement with University
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Starting from July / August 2025
