Introduction

At the Stockhorn by the rex we specialize in cooking over an open wood fire. Our focus is on the enjoyment of quality products that promote biodiversity and the region, and comply with our slow-food philosophy at the rex. The restaurant offers a pleasant, informal atmosphere and an authentic restaurant experience in the mountains.

Contract duration: Februar 2025 - April 2025

Shift time: 4-6x per week, 18:30-22:30

Your profile

Who you are:

• Support the service-team by bringing the plates and drinks to the table
• Support in setting the tables
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Adheres to our high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Be a host to our guests whenever you have time

Your tasks

Was du machst:

• Sicherstellen, dass das Setting stimmt und eine ausgelassene Stimmung bei den Gästen herrscht
• Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs: Aufdecken, Servieren der Getränke und Speisen, Ab- und Aufräumen
• Zubereitung der Cocktails
• Assistieren der Chef de Rangs
• Du sorgst dich um die Gästezufriedenheit und und bist interessiert am Zermatt-Erlebnis der Gäste
• Du sorgst für Hygiene im Back Office, im Speisesaal und vom Equipment
