We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant who will also handle some office management duties. This role is pivotal to our operations and will report directly to a CEO and Founder, a smart and respectful individual who values dedication and professionalism.
Our client is a small, innovative financial company set to open their doors in Geneva very soon on top of their UK and US offices. Their mission is to provide top-notch financial solutions with a personal touch.
Missions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the founder.
- Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
- Support in organizing company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
