Project Manager IT (m/w/d)
Activities
- Establish project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full scale resource, project plans and associated communication documents.
- Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Produce and present progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and device contingency plans.
Requirements
- University background university of applied sciences or comparable
- Over 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all facets of process development and execution.
- Extensive track record with engineering software and related technologies and products
- Sophisticated and extensive footprint in waterfall methodologies, Experience in agile delivery methodologies is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, German skills at business level and additional language skills of advantage
- Ability to relate to each level within the organization
- Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills
