Are you passionate about the financial world? For our External Asset Manager (EAM) desk in Geneva, we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Management who will help support the team.
What would your role be?
Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.
Handling complex structures, international clientele, and challenging tasks in a changing working environment.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
Fluency in English and French and effective communication skills. Any additional language is a plus.
A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
Good understanding of financial products and markets.
Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
Confident handling of banking applications such as Avaloq.
