It's not just about improving buildings - it's about creating efficient, safe, adaptable and sustainable environments, which improve the way the world lives and works.
The digital transformation of buildings is a fast-changing, dynamic sector, and it needs more than just great technology - it needs great people, too. We know a business only thrives if its people are thriving, so at Siemens we put our people first.
As Head of Product Management for our Flow Devices Modular Actuator Platform, you will have full business responsibility for a new, cross-functional platform that integrates a large part of Valves & Damper Actuators. This role is pivotal in defining and implementing the platform strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer requirements, and long-term business growth objectives. Additionally, you will have product lifecycle responsibility for our Damper Actuator products.
In this leadership position, you will drive product portfolio management, define the business strategy, and oversee the full product lifecycle - from concept and development through market launch to product phase out. You will collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, product management, marketing, and our sales teams in our assigned countries, to ensure that our solutions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with the latest industry trends, including cybersecurity.
As the leader of a globally distributed team, you will provide clear direction, foster innovation, and ensure operational excellence through the entire end-to-end process. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams, handling partner relationships, and driving complex product initiatives will be key to the success of this platform.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in product management, business strategy, and collaboration with R&D. If you are ready to take full ownership of a groundbreaking platform and drive innovation in the Building Automation market, we look forward to welcoming you!
