Position Summary

Embark on an exceptional journey with Jet Aviation as Aftermarket Sales and Services Manager. For our team in Basel at the Euro Airport, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to deliver exceptional support to our global customers on aircraft parts and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services.

Your Role

Champion of Customer Success: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing parts sales, engineering services, and other services – from wheels and brakes to emergency equipment and engine overhauls

Project Oversight: Oversee off-site refurbishment projects, ensuring timely and top-quality delivery that meets every customer’s expectations

Solution-Oriented Advisor: Issue detailed quotations, handle engineering queries, and make strategic purchasing and sales decisions tailored to each client

Collaborative Team Player: Work with a dynamic team, embodying the values of the organization as you represent us with industry groups and regulatory bodies

Your Profile

Bachelor’s in engineering or similar related to the field

Sound knowledge of aerospace standards, OEMs, and regulations, plus a talent for sales and technical solutions

Familiarity with systems like SAP is an advantage

Proficient in English

Customer centric personality with a proactive as well as collaborative mindset
