This role involves supporting tax reporting processes across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing tax reporting solutions. It requires deep functional and technical knowledge in Wealth Management (WM) tax systems, paired with an analytical approach to address tax reporting challenges.

Missions
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support tax reporting activities.
- Lead workshops with both technical and business functions on tax-related topics to define scope and requirements.
- Develop clear specifications for addressing tax issues, implementing enhancements, or introducing new tax-related projects.
- Deliver technical solutions in line with the organization's software lifecycle management practices.
- Analyze discrepancies across core banking platforms, tax engines, and tax software (e.g., EasyTax, FiTAX) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document specifications for tax solution modifications and support development teams in implementing these changes.
- Define test cases, assist with integration, and provide UAT support for seamless implementation.
Profil du candidat
- Experience in Finance Industry: Proven experience in tax reporting and systems within a financial context.
- Technical & Functional Expertise: Strong analytical skills to identify gaps between systems and tax engines, with experience in documenting and implementing tax solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with business units, providing clear updates on deadlines and deliverables.
- Private Banking Background: Experience in private banking and familiarity with tax jurisdictions and regulatory requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Education: Relevant degree or certification in finance, tax, or information technology.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is required.
- Residency: Swiss residency is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and resourceful mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments and manage stress effectively.
- Clear and effective communicator, adept at bridging technical and business needs.
