About the opportunity:
The ANZ Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Lead is the strategic technology advisor to our ANZ Managing Director, Personal Care (IPC) and our ANZ leadership team. You will work with the global DTS organisation to implement differentiated digital capabilities within the global platform and product guidelines to ensure value realisation of deployed capabilities to enable ANZ Personal care business goals.

Develop a technology strategy for ANZ IPC that supports business goals and drives growth through digital transformation

Uplift the business’ digital maturity and lead the business towards making digital a competitive advantage

Portfolio Management/Governance: Ensures deliverables are meeting business expectations (timelines, cost, scope) and aligned to global/regional platform/product guidelines. Take up product ownership in at least one of the areas

Annual Business Planning: Budgeting and Business Case creation for each initiative in the strategic roadmap

Tracks and measures all technology related expenses, investments and benefits – on all projects and products. Manages the overall total cost to serve and value optimization focused.

Ensure/track delivery of business case committed and continued sweating of assets

Champion the importance of digital security and privacy, adheres to internal and external rigorous controls & compliance to protect company and customer data.

Cultivate a dynamic digital culture. Attract, retain, and develop talent for a high-performing team. Promote learning and act as a people leader. Take accountability for self and talent development.

Experienced IT business partner who can demonstrate strategic impact and technology leadership in CPG/retail industry, with experience of working with Commercial functions

Exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships with Senior Business Leaders by demonstrating executive presence/gravitas

Outstanding organisational awareness, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration with diverse teams including business stakeholders, internal DTS organization, and external partners and customers

Overall business understanding of a CPG and expertise in at least one of these functional areas – Digital Marketing (incl E-Comm) or Commercial

Digital Expertise to understand how key platforms/product capabilities can transform business as well as get best of external innovations into K-C to accelerate business outcomes

Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs

Portfolio Management skills to ensure right governance across the technology roadmap defined for the ABU.

Basic understanding of IT controls, risks and data privacy
