I am looking for a Paralegal to join the team of Family Office to support their legal and financial operations.
A Family Office based in Geneva.
Description
- Assist with the preparation, research, and management of documentation for wealth planning projects.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and external advisors to facilitate information and documentation exchanges.
- Support the creation of tailored financial strategies, including estate planning and investment structuring.
- Conduct research on legal and tax-related matters as needed.
- Oversee the subscription process for private equity funds, including completing and coordinating subscription forms.
- Track deadlines to ensure all submissions meet fund requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, providing guidance and resolving queries related to fund subscriptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including adherence to FATCA and CRS requirements, while staying informed about regulatory updates.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in law - a Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or financial services setting, such as wealth management, a law firm, or investment management.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of wealth planning principles, private equity fund subscription processes, and applicable regulations. Familiarity with FATCA and CRS is a plus.
- Languages: Ability to work both in French and English.
