As a Process Engineer in BiMOS Backend you will work on developing our automated semiconductor production further. You will have the opportunity to improve our existing manufacturing processes and drive innovative development projects, focusing on assembly, inspection and dispensing processes.
Your Background

Solid engineering degree (MSc) industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or related discipline

Several years of experience in production environment, ideally within semiconductor industry

Strong problem-solving skills, quality driven approach, and proactive hands -on mentality

Good understanding of production requirements and first hand experience in process automation

Experience in DoE, data analysis, 6 Sigma and production statistics is preferred

Proficiency in German and English
How you’ll make an impact

Improve the process yield and throughput by running DoEs, analyzing results and implementing improvements

Work on development and automation projects in collaboration with equipment suppliers, product engineering, quality and R&D departments.

Analyze process data to improve process performance, assess long-term trends and prevent failures

Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain and improve production throughput

Develop innovative methods and processes to future-proof production
