We are seeking a bilingual French-English receptionist to join our client's team in the heart of Geneva. This part-time position requires working every afternoon, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Our client is an international organisation.
Missions
- Greet and assist visitors in both French and English.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Profil du candidat
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
