As part of our business development, we are looking for a

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively participate in the implementation of processes linked to account payables, approval workflows and cost center management, based on input given by the internal subject master experts, in 7 entities in SAP
  2. Actively participate in the implementation of processes linked to travel and expenses, approval workflows, based on input given by the internal subject master experts, in 7 entities in SAP Concur
  3. Organise the migration of static data such as suppliers in 7 entities in SAP
  4. Support implementation and testing in budget and forecast follow-up in SAC & SAP
  5. Any other duties required consistent with your role.
Function competencies and education requirements:
  1. University degree, chartered accountant ;
  2. Proven experience of several years (min. 5 years) in a similar function in a Swiss banking institution or as an external auditor in the banking sector;
  3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, willingness to learn and train;
  4. Flexible, proactive, good resistance to pressure;
  5. Native French speaker with excellent English language skills;
  6. Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word...) Temenos & SAP knowledge a plus.
