Your Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide basic administrative services related to Office Management and Administration across all departments. You will support our SFO teams by managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative and commercial tasks.
- Supporting in corresponding in English, French, and German with customers, suppliers, and authorities.
- Responsible that the office environment is well-maintained and organized
- Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and other documents .
- Maintaining and updating important data, addresses, and information.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship.
- First work experience in administration.
- Native French or German speaker with knowledge of the other language.
- Good knowledge of English or willingness to develop it.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn and develop.
