About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for the execution of financial planning processes, including mid-term planning, budgeting, and target setting, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial results across all deliverables.

  • Manage and enhance financial planning models to support mid-term planning, budgeting, and target setting.

  • Serve as an advisor and sparring partner to local and central teams on financial planning and reporting topics.

  • Act as an internal consultant and advisor within Business Finance and beyond, providing in-depth knowledge on financial planning and reporting as needed.

  • Design and standardize financial planning and reporting processes and systems.

  • Develop and standardize financial governance instruments and processes, such as financial steering concepts, dimensions, attributes, and KPIs.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of top management to support fact-based decision-making. Extract data from financial management systems and deliver well-formatted reports with insightful comments.

  • Plan, execute, and/or lead selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and collaboration with external stakeholders. Plan, schedule, and control project activities to meet objectives and satisfy project requirements.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Master degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Economics

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

  • Fluency in German would be an asset

  • Knowledge of SAP BW, Tableau, Anaplan and Tagetik -or similar tools- would be an asset

  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
